Panaji (Goa), Jan 31 (ANI): Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat today met ailing Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. Goa CM has also served as the Defence Minister of India. CM Parrikar on January 30 presented budget in the state assembly. He is suffering from pancreatic illness for several months.
