Haridwar (Uttarakhand), Jan 27 (ANI): Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev said that even after 70 years of independence, none of the ascetics in the country received Bharat Ratna. After unfurling the tricolour in Uttarakhand’s Haridwar, Baba Ramdev said, “It is unfortunate that in the 70 years of independence of the country none of the ascetics received Bharat Ratna. At least someone from this category must have done something to deserve the award. I would like to request the government to give Bharat Ratna to ascetics as well.”
