New Delhi, Jan 26 (ANI): After receiving the country’s third-highest civilian award, Padma Bhushan, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Madhubani Hukmdev Narayan Yadav felt happier for fact that the award is given to someone from the poor section of society. For the same reason he dedicated the award to farmers in the country and those from poor background. He also praised the current BJP government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for acknowledging the contributions of those from lower and poor strata of society. “This award is not only for me but also for the farmers & the poor people of the country. They will feel proud that Narendra Modi ji acknowledged someone who comes from a background, such as me”, he said. The award is given for distinguished service of a high order without distinction of race, occupation, position or sex.
