Falakata (WB), Jan 07 (ANI): District Magistrate of Alipurduar, Nikhil Nirmal thrashed a youth in a police station for allegedly sending lewd messages to his wife on Facebook. The youth was later arrested. The entire incident was caught on camera. The video shows Nirmal and his wife both beating up a local youth inside the Falakata police station.
