New Delhi, Jan 28 (ANI): Cold waves continued to grip North India due to decrease in temperature on Monday. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature recorded was five degree Celsius with shallow fog. At least 16 trains got delayed due to fog and low visibility. People took refuge at night shelters to combat chilly winters.
