New Delhi, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Jan 23 (ANI): Congress workers across India celebrated appointment of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra as general secretary of eastern Uttar Pradesh and Jyotiraditya Scindia as general secretary of Uttar Pradesh west. Congress workers burst crackers to celebrate formal entry of Priyanka Gandhi into politics. Congress president Rahul Gandhi earlier said that the party wants young leaders in Uttar Pradesh.
