Counting of votes underway in Jind, Ramgarh

Ramgarh (Rajasthan)/ Jind (Haryana), Jan 31 (ANI): Amid tight security, the counting of votes for Jind by-election held on January 28 is underway at the multi-purpose hall of Arjun Stadium. Over 10 CCTV cameras have also been set up for security reasons at the EVM strong room. The counting of votes began at 8 am and 14 tables have been set up. The counting on each table is being carried out by a supervisor and a counting assistant. Counting is also underway at Rajasthan’s Ramgarh for the by-polls held here on January 28 as well. According to the latest Ramgarh by-election trends, Congress is leading with 9773 votes, BJP and BSP are trailing with 7094 and 1005 votes, respectively.
