New Delhi, Jan 06 (ANI): Arun Maitri, advocate of the petitioner who filed a plea against the movie ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’, seeking a ban on the trailer said that the disclaimer in the trailer is misleading and wrong. Arun Maitri said, “In the trailer we have realised that there is a wrong disclaimer in the trailer itself. In the trailer they have claimed that it is based on the Sanjaya Baru’s book. The entire book has been scanned by us. Sanjaya Baru has been saying in his preface of the book that he was not associated with the film in any manner. He has even warned the viewers if any viewer watches the movie then they should also read the book. He has not owned any responsibility regarding the content which is there in the film. Normally when any such kind of film are exhibited they claim these are not based on actual character. But in this film they have been claiming and saying this movie is based on the book. The disclaimer is wrong.”
