Gurugram (Haryana), Jan 01 (ANI): New Year was welcomed across the globe with much enthusiasm and joy but a few celebrated the occasion by over consuming liquor and intoxicants. In Gurugram’s Sector 29 market area, youths were seen creating ruckus on the streets in seemingly drunken state. Every year, hundreds of people head to pubs and bars in Sector 29 to celebrate New Year. Police had deployed more than 3000 personnels across Gurugram.
