New Delhi, Jan 04 (ANI): Thick layer of fog enveloped the national capital on Friday morning. People in Delhi are shivering under cold waves. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature was recorded at 7 degree Celsius with dense fog. Flights and trains are getting delayed due to fog in the city.
