New Delhi, Jan 21 (ANI): Interim budget will be presented by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on February 1. The printing of budget will commence soon. Customary ‘Halwa Ceremony’ was organised in Ministry of Finance ahead of printing. Minister of State for Finance Shiv Pratap Shukla was also present for the auspicious ceremony. Symbolic ‘Halwa Ceremony’ is followed every year as a gesture of good luck.
