New Delhi, Jan 04 (ANI): The Indian Medical Association (IMA) members will observe a protest on Friday against National Medical Commission Bill 2017, Indian Medical Council Bill 2018, and certain clause of Consumer Protection Bill 2018. Lakhs of doctors will take part in the protest which will take place in every state. The demands that would be raised through the protest include, restoration of the Medical Council of India, medical education system be affordable among others. Dr Santanu Sen, President of IMA termed these bills as undemocratic and draconian.
