New Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said that India and South Africa are situated at strategic places in the Indian Ocean, and that both countries were filled with diversities. He also hailed democratic values of the two countries by naming Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela.
