Kollam (Kerala), Jan 15 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said his government’s PRAGATI initiative has helped in reducing cost and time for infrastructure projects. “We’ve often seen infrastructure projects get stalled for various reasons. Public money is wasted due to cost & time over-runs. We decided that this culture of wastage of public money can’t continue. Through PRAGATI, we’re accelerating projects & overcoming problems,” PM Modi said in Kerala’s Kollam, where he inaugurated the Kollam Bypass.
