Jind (Haryana), Jan 28 (ANI): Randeep Surjewala offered prayers at Somnath temple on Monday. He is the Congress candidate for the by-election to the legislative assembly constituency of Jind. Voting is underway for the by-election. The counting of votes is scheduled for January 31.
