Lahaul-Spiti (Himachal Pradesh), Jan 06 (ANI): The northern states of India are witnessing heavy snowfall in first week of 2019. Heavy snowfall is expected to continue in parts of Himachal Pradesh’s Lahaul-Spiti, Kullu and Shimla this week. Lahaul-Spiti is completely covered in snow and landscape has turned milky white. Locals are enjoying snowy season in their own ways.
