Budgam (Jammu and Kashmir), Jan 25 (ANI): As Lance Naik Nazir Ahmed Wani, the militant-turned-Army man who laid his life fighting militancy in Jammu and Kashmir, is due to be honoured on Republic Day, his commanding officer Rajiv Ranjan Singh said Wani, through his martyr ship, spread the message of unity for the country.
