Kochi (Kerala), Jan 27 (ANI): Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan, who is in Kochi accompanying Prime Minister Modi for the inauguration of several projects here, addressed the gathering. In his address, the Union Minister said, “In the last four and a half years we have made an attempt to make infrastructure to develop India as a refining and petrochemical hub of the world.”
