West Midnapore (West Bengal), Jan 28 (ANI): Forest officials arrested one person and seized 19 tortoises in West Bengal’s West Midnapore. The arrest was made from Khakurda market of Belda area. Seized tortoises were from 19 rare species. The accused was attempting to sell the tortoises in Khakurda fish market.
