Rajouri (J&K), Jan 06 (ANI): After getting advance medical facilities, people of Rajouri district are now receiving electricity connections free of cost under the Saubhagya Scheme. More than 20,000 households in Rajouri have been electrified under the central government scheme, and most of the beneficiaries belong to below poverty line and SC/ST category. Yashpaul Bhagat, Superintendent Engineer, Rajouri, shared his experience of working on the Saubhagya Scheme saying it has given electricity to Rajouri’s residents who never saw power in their life.
