New Delhi, Jan 08 (ANI): Reacting to Alok Verma’s reinstatement as CBI Director by the Supreme Court, Congress leader & lawyer Kapil Sibal said the top court has held Verma’s removal as Director on October 23 as “unconstitutional”. “Midnight operation to remove CBI Director had an objective; it was to not let Alok Verma function. The operation failed, the decision of both Centre and Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) was held unconstitutional by SC,” Sibal added.
