New Delhi, Dec 31 (ANI): People have gathered in large number at national capital in order to celebrate their New Year’s Eve. A large number of revellers converged at India gate to ring in the New Year with celebrations every year. The cold Delhi weather played perfect host and everyone comes out wrapped in their woollens, ready to welcome the New Year.
