New Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): People took refuge in night shelters as heavy rain lashed the national capital on Friday. Delhi is witnessing rain spells from many days. The national capital witnessed heavy rains and thunderstorms on January 24. The weather has experienced a change after rain spells hit the national capital and National Capital region (NCR). According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), minimum temperature has been recorded at 10 oC. The IMD has also predicted thunderstorms and hails.
