New Delhi, Jan 12 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind conferred the honorary rank of General of the Indian Army to the Army Chief of Nepal General Purna Chandra Thapa. The event was held in the national capital on Saturday. Minister of State for Defence Subhash Bhamre was also present at the event. The chiefs of the three services and senior officers from the armed forces were also present at the event.
