Kollam (Kerala), Jan 15 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi today counted his government’s achievement in construction of rural roads by saying that since his government assumed power, more than 90 percent of rural population has been connected with a road, which was only 56 percent till 2014. “When we formed government, only 56% of rural habitations were connected by a road. Today more than 90% of rural habitations are connected by a road. I am sure that we will definitely achieve the target of 100% soon,” PM Modi said in Kerala’s Kollam where he also inaugurated the Kollam Bypass.
