New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): Select Committee’s meeting was held in the national capital on Thursday. The meeting was held at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg over the appointment of new CBI Director. Earlier, former Central Bureau of Investigation Director Alok Verma refused to take charge as Director General of Fire Services. Alok Verma was reinstated as CBI Chief on Supreme Court’s order; however, a high-level PM Narendra Modi-led committee ousted him before his tenure which was to be completed on January 31.
