Srinagar (Jammu & Kashmir), Jan 04 (ANI): Srinagar received first snowfall of 2019 today. The first spell of snowfall broke the month-long dry spell in the Valley. Heavy snowfall disrupted traffic and highway was closed. The temperature dipped to as low as -3 degree Celsius. Residents welcomed the snowfall as it will end the dry spell in Srinagar.
