Hyderabad, Jan 01 (ANI): Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager of South Central Railway (SCR), took charge as the Chairman of the Indian Railways Board on Tuesday. Yadav succeeded Ashwani Lohani, who retired on December 31. He is an electrical engineer and belongs to the 1980 batch of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers.
