Prayagraj (UP), Jan 24 (ANI): A cultural programme was held at Kumbh Mela in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj on Thursday. The event was attended by several people. Folk dance was performed by several artists. Kumbh Mela started on January 15 and will conclude on March 04.
