Pithoragarh (Uttarakhand)/ Manali (HP), Jan 25 (ANI): Uttarkhand’s Pithoragarh received fresh spell of snowfall on January 25. Parts of Uttarakhand are receiving snowfall from past few days. Meanwhile, Manali in Himachal Pradesh has also received fresh snowfall. Where snowfall in the state is attracting tourists, normal life is hampered.
