New Delhi, Feb 01 (ANI): Former finance minister P Chidambaram took jibe over the interim budget 2019 presented by acting Finance Minister Piyush Goyal today. He claimed that it was not an interim but full-fledged budget with election campaign speech. “The Interim Finance Minister tested our patience by the longest interim budget speech in the recent memory”, said Chidambaram during a press conference.
