Leh (Jammu and Kashmir), Feb 03 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is in Jammu and Kashmir for a one-day visit, made the inaugural speech at the University of Ladakh. He also launched several projects under Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) here. Prime Minister said, “I’m happy that changes have been made to Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Act, and the council has been given more rights concerning the expenditures. Now the Autonomous Council releases the money sent for the region’s development.”
