Bengaluru (Karnataka), Feb 01 (ANI): Criticising the interim budget presented by acting Finance Minister Piyush Goyal, Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy said he is “disappointed” with the budget, and has done more for the farmers through his loan waiver scheme than what the Centre aspire to do with the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana.
