Akhnoor (Jammu & Kashmir), Jan 31 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik in Akhnoor said that he broke protocol to meet PDP’s Mehbooba Mufti and National Conference‘s (NC) Omar Abdullah to convince them to contest panchayat elections in the state. “I broke my protocol and met them, but they want their empowerment and they decided to object to it”, said Malik while addressing a gathering.
