Udhampur (J&K), Feb 02 (ANI): A maha rally was held in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur over water, drugs and garbage problem. The rally was orgnaised by state president of Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) Balwant Singh Mankotia. Large number of students from various government and private school also participated in the rally.
