New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): After the tussle of CBI with Kolkata police in connection with a chit fund scam case which led to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee sitting on dharna, former CBI director A.P. Singh said a city’s police commissioner is a very “important functionary” and said the investigating agency could have informed state authorities before landing at the residence of Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar.
