Patna (Bihar), Feb 03 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi spoke on Budget 2019 at Jan Akansha Rally in Patna, Bihar. He criticised the budget announcement for farmers that has been termed ‘historical’ by BJP leaders. The farmer support scheme plans to offer income support to marginal farmers at Rs 6000 per year. Attacking the government Gandhi said, “You pay 30,000 crore to Anil Ambani, 35,000 crore to Nirav Modi, 30,000 crore to Mehul Choksi, 10,000 crore to Vijay Mallya, and 3.5 rupee to the families of Indian farmers and then you applaud.”
