Kolkata, Feb 05 (ANI): After the Supreme Court said that no coercive steps will be taken against Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar, however, he will have to be present before CBI for enquiry. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee termed the verdict as “moral victory” and said that Rajeev Kumar never said that he will not be available. Earlier, when a team of CBI officers arrived at Rajeev Kumar’s residence in Kolkata, the city police had detained the CBI team. Following that, Banerjee had sat on a dharna saying the Centre had ordered the CBI to arrest Rajeev Kumar without any order.
