Refinery in Pachpadra should be developed as model refinery, says CM Gehlot

Jaipur (Rajasthan), June 25 (ANI): A meeting was recently organized under the chairmanship of CM Ashok Gehlot in Jaipur to review the progress of refinery being set up in Pachpadra in Barmer. During the meeting, the Chief Minister instructed the concerned officers of the state government and the refinery cum petrochemical complex to set an example by completing the project within the prescribed time frame of 4 years. He said that the refinery is the most important project of the state and it should be developed as a model refinery. In the meeting, Chief Minister stressed that the youth of the state has great expectation from the refinery. CM said that high skill development centers in Pachpadra and Jodhpur should be established. He also said that a refinery based ITI should also be established where the youths can get guidance and training related to the manufacturing of petrochemical and other related products. He asserted that an industrial corridor should also be developed around the refinery for the consumption of petrochemical products.
