New Delhi, 23 October (ANI): With the arrest of one person namely Ashutosh, North East District police has solved a murder case. Information was received by PS Jyoti Nagar Delhi from GTB hospital regarding admission of a lady in an injured condition. Immediately police reached the hospital and a case was registered. After few days the injured lady succumbed to her injuries. The son of victim was absconding since the incident. Police team raids were conducted at all the possible hide outs to trace the absconding son of victim. The sincere efforts bore result, as information was received that culprit had been spotted in Modi Nagar area in outskirts of Delhi. On this information, a team of police rushed to the location. After searching, narrowed down on suspect he was arrested. During interrogation he admitted his crime and he revealed that he is a drug addict and asked her mother for money and she refused. Accused got furious and brutally assaulted his mother in a fit of rage before fleeing the crime scene.
