Patna: Rampati Kumar, an activist with the Greenpeace India, a group promoting environmental concerns, at a press meet in Patna on Saturday lashed out at all major political parties in Bihar for avoiding developmental issues that affect the majority of the voters and instead trading barbs with each other that have turned even nastier in the last few weeks.
