Shivdeep Lande appointed as ADC of the Governor of Bihar

Patna: Famous IPS Officer Shivdeep Lande has been appointed as  ADC to the Governor of Bihar. He was posted as the SSP of Araria for the past 16 Months. Prior to that he was the SP of Patna  Central Region.

ADC stands for  aide-de-camp (French for field assistant) is a personal assistant, secretary, or adjutant to a person of high rank, usually a senior military officer or a head of state.

Shivdeep Lande earned the title of Supercop when he did take remarkable steps to prevent harassment of women in the city of Patna. His role was notable in arrest of eve teasers, molestors and several other criminals during his seven month long tenure from April 2011 to November 2011.

Lande drew flaks of Fake Drug Mafia when he raided several Illegal Drug stockists in Patna. He also brought down the shutters of several Illegal Massage Parlours in Patna which fostered Prostitution in the City. He was transferred as the SP of Araria in November 2011.
