Patna: Â The construction of Flyover Connecting Mithapur Flyover to Chiraiyatand flyover has started. The other end of Chiraiyatand Bridge, which falls at Exhibition Road, would be extended to Gandhi Maidan facilitating anyone to bypass the huge traffic in between.
The estimated cost of this construction is going to be around 168 crore rupees. The length of bridge between Mithapur and Chiraiyatand flyover would be 759 metres,while the length Chiraiyatand Over bridge to Gandhi Maidan would be 1061 meters.
All these flyovers would be four lanes and would benefit commutators going to Kankarbagh, Gandhi Maidan area from Mithapur Bus Stand. Anyone can travel from R Block to Gandhi Maidan without facing Heavy Traffic Jam at Railway Station.
The entire project is being handled by SP Singla Construction agency of Haryana. The same agency constructed the bridge on the top of Patna canal at Bailey road.
The Construction of Chiraiyatand to Mithapur flyover has begun. Both the projects are estimated to be completed within 2.5 Years.
