Reports say that he recently changed his haircut to make the physical resemblance complete with Salman Khan.
In the video he is seen roaming on the streets of Pakistan meeting people, shaking hands with them and posing for pics.Actually Hasnain has copied the Walking and Talking styles of Salman as well. With Salluswagger and biceps screaming for attention, Hasnain is seen hitting the streets of his town, winning admiring and curious glances from Sallu’s Pakistani fans.
Recently he was featured on a TV in Pakistan which emphasized that one doesn’t need to visit India to meet Salman Khan.
Thanks to his looks, he has gained huge female fanfare in Pakistan and many girls have proposed him for marriage.
Rumours are that he is being cast in a Pakistani Film in lead role. One Filmmaker Amjad Rasheed, has even confirmed that Hassnain is contending for the post of Lead Role in one of his movies.  If that happens it might cost the real Salman Khan a huge fortune.
