Mumbai Police have solved the Jewellery Theft Case at  Bollywood Actors Ajay Devgan and Kajol’s House after arresting 2 Servants and recovering 17 Gold Bangles worth Rs 5 Lakhs.

The Theft allegedly occurred at couple’s Juhu Residence on October 15, but came to picture only on October 22 on the occasion of Karva Chauth Festival, when Kajol could not find bangles for wearing.  An FIR was filed on October 23 by them against unidentified person at Juhu Police Station. The couple also added that they suspect the involvement of an insider.
It was only after the Police questioned 10 odd servants working at their house, that the two culprits could be nabbed. The two Servants confessed their crimes and also led Police to recover the Jewellery.
According to the Police, the two accused Gayatri Devendra (22) and Santosh Pandey (43) were arrested yesterday  and produced before Andheri’s magistrate’s court, who remanded them to judicial custody.
In 2008 too, a theft took place at the Star Couple’s  Residence when a relative of the one of their domestic help allegedly stole some valuables. He was later arrested from Chhattisgarh.
