Bihar Govt to procure 500 new Buses for BSRTC

Bihar Government would purchase 500 more Buses for the convenience of Passengers. These buses would be operated by Bihar State Road Transport Corporation.

According to Brishin Patel, the Transport Minister of Bihar, these 500 Buses would be ferried as City Service and for Inter-city operations.  Out of these, 100 buses would be Air-Conditioned Coaches while others would be normal Buses. These Buses would be operated on the Public Private Partnership Mode.

BSRTC also plans to extend the City Service Facility in other cities of Bihar also. At present the City Service is operational in Patna, Darbhanga, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Arrah and Nalanda.
