Hyderabad: Telugu Actor Uday Kiran committed suicide yesterday by hanging himself at around 12:15 AM on January 6 night. The Actor was found hanging  to the ceiling in a room late on Sunday night.

Though the actor left no suicide note, it is speculated that Family Tension might have been the reason behind suicide. Many Actors in past have ended life for depreciating Career, however Uday’s last movie Jai Sriram was a success both critically and financially. He also had couple of projects at his hand.
The actor was alone in his flat on Sunday night. His wife had gone to Manikonda on some personal work. She grew suspicious as Kiran was not responding to her mobile phone calls and rushed home only to find him dead.
In April 2003, he was engaged to Actor Chiranjeevi’s daughter Sushmitha. However the engagement was broken off within three months citing incompatibility issues and variation between their hopes and aspirations for the future. Sushmita was pursuing fashion styling at London College of Fashion at that time.
On October 24, 2012 he married  a Tamil Girl named Vishitha.
