Modi has guts to bring out Truth about Subhash Chandra Bose: Grand Nephew

What happened to one of India’s greatest freedom fighters- who the British branded as a traitor for collaborating with the Japanese and the Germans during WW II – remains a mystery after all these years. This mystery has escalated even more with Intelligence bureau files revealing that the family members of Bose were spied upon by the Jawaharlal Nehru government for 20 years between 1948 and 1968. The BJP has said that Congress feared political challenge from Bose and his nephews, thus, snooped upon them but the truth is yet to come out.

Urban Development minister Venkaiah Naidu today termed the spying incident on Subhas Chandra Bose’s family as shocking. He said that the concerned department should come out with full details so that the doubts get cleared.

BJP leader GVL Narasimha Rao said that the PM will surely address their grievances. Commenting on the reports, Congress party said the innuendo is tragic and reveals the ‘cheap politics’ of BJP.
