Opposition in the Bihar assembly on Monday did not allow the assembly to function. While the RJD which is working in tandem with the JD(U) in government said that the opposition was indulging in wrong practices, Leader of Opposition in Bihar begged to differ adding that it was 11 crore people of Bihar that they were representing and not taking up matters would be a danger for democracy.
