New Delhi: The Supreme Court has asked the trial court to consider the bail plea of accused, including Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, in 2008 Malegaon blasts case within a month.

The apex court, however, said that MCOCA provisions apply on accused Rakesh Dattatreya Dhawade, who allegedly helped procure weapons.

Sadhvi Pragya has been accused of hatching the conspiracy with others, which led to the September 29, 2008, blast at Malegaon in Nashik district in which six people died, after which she was arrested on October 23, 2008.
